Microsoft and More – Everyone knows Redmond is home to Microsoft, but not everyone knows that its the “Bicycle Capital of the Northwest”. Redmond has an extensive park and trail system. There are 23 developed parks consisting of over 1000 acres and 17 miles of developed trails. In addition, the city has 8 undeveloped parks consisting of almost 300 acres and nine miles of undeveloped trails.
Convenient to Everything – Redmond is the gateway to outlying communities such as Fall City, Duvall, Carnation and Snoqualmie. Residents enjoy easy access 20 minutes west to Seattle or head east to snow skiing, mountains, hiking and other outdoor recreation.
It’s easy to see why Microsoft, and many of us, call Redmond “home”. ..
